Anyone not making reservations prior to the cut-off dates are on their own for getting a room at the regular rate the hotel charges.

We experienced some problems at the FSC meeting between us and the hotel.  One was the difficulty in making reservations and the other was not being able to pay for rooms with a check. Below are the solutions that have been reached between us and the hotel:

Room Reservations:

Call Sherri Wilson  407-313-3331 direct and make your reservation with her.  Make sure you tell her that you are with VVA, Florida State Council. Must make reservations prior to the cutoff dates.

Taking advantage of Sale Tax Exemption & Paying with Chapter Check:

Send your Chapter check for the amount of the room and a copy of your Chapter's Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.  MUST be received two (2) weeks prior to your stay or will not be accepted after the two week deadline.
